Support & bug reports
If you're reporting a bug or unexpected result from one of the solvers, it helps if you include: the product you were using (tripsolver, routesolver, or hostelsolver), the cities and dates you submitted, and, if possible, a screenshot of the result you got.
For account deletion requests, please email from the address associated with the account so we can verify the request. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data on deletion.
Affiliate partners
If you're a transport, accommodation, or activity provider interested in a partnership, a brief note about your coverage (regions, inventory type, API availability) gets a faster reply than a generic introduction.

Planning a trip to a city we don't cover yet? Let us know which one. City requests feed directly into the scraper backlog and help prioritize which region expands next.
Suggest a new feature
Ideas for a new preference, a new solver, or a different way to structure a trip are welcome. A short description of the use case is the most useful starting point.
