TravelMore is operated by Travelmore LLC and currently ships three products: tripsolver (the combined transport + accommodation planner), routesolver (intercity transport), and hostelsolver (accommodation). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use any of these products, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your username and email address. We store your password in hashed form and never in plain text.

Preferences and trip data. We store the preference weights you set and the trip parameters (cities, dates, budget) you submit, so we can generate and re-display optimized results.

Usage data. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security monitoring and debugging purposes. We do not use these logs for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate the TravelMore products: to authenticate your account, run the optimization algorithms with your preferences, and display results. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Listings on our products link out to third-party booking pages (for example, hostel listings link to Hostelworld, and transport options link to Omio or 12Go). If you choose to book through those links, you will be subject to the third party's own privacy policy and terms of service.

3. Cookies

TravelMore uses a session cookie to keep you logged in between page visits. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and preference data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you use TravelMore at your own risk.

6. Children's Privacy

TravelMore is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TravelMore after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
