hostelsolver is a product of Travelmore LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use hostelsolver, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

Preferences and trip data. We store the preference weights you set and the trip parameters (cities, dates, budget) you submit, so we can generate and re-display optimized results.

Usage data. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security monitoring and debugging purposes. We do not use these logs for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate hostelsolver — to authenticate your account, run the hostel optimization algorithm with your preferences, and display results. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Hostel listings on hostelsolver link to booking pages on Hostelworld. If you choose to book through those links, you will be subject to Hostelworld's own privacy policy and terms of service.

3. Cookies

hostelsolver uses a session cookie to keep you logged in between page visits. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and preference data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
