Terms of Service

Welcome to TravelMore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TravelMore family of products — tripsolver, routesolver, and hostelsolver — operated by Travelmore LLC ("TravelMore", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any of these products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who May Use the Service

TravelMore is available to anyone aged 13 or older who can form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Beta Data Disclosure

TravelMore is currently in a public beta. Hostel prices, transport schedules, and availability shown in results are illustrative while our data partnerships (Hostelworld, Omio, 12Go, and others) are being finalized. Always verify any price, schedule, or availability on the partner's own site before booking. We make no guarantee that displayed quotes match live inventory.

3. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Booking

Listings on our products may link out to third-party booking sites. Those links may be affiliate links: if you book through them, TravelMore may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Any booking, payment, cancellation, or customer-service matter is handled entirely by the third party under their own terms. We are not a party to that transaction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site beyond what a normal browser does; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the optimization algorithms; (c) abuse the registration system (for example, creating accounts in bulk); or (d) use the service to transmit malware, spam, or content that violates any law.

5. Accounts and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the address below; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

The site, its algorithms, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Travelmore LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal trip planning. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any TravelMore asset to you.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trip results will match the actual cost, duration, or availability of any real-world booking. You use optimization results as a starting point for your own research, not as a guaranteed quote.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelmore LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelmore LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
